Taking a moment to Tune In can help still and focus your mind, it can help you understand what’s going on for you and others.  Tuning in can help you find a new perspective and can help you reflect and be present.
Fusion is holding an event for Mental Health Month in the Fusion Cafe on Thursday 8 October, 9am – 1pm to raise awareness around mental health and emotional wellbeing, decrease stigma, and empower people to seek help for themselves or others.
